We're writing to inform you of an upcoming update to the MixPay User Agreement concerning our refund policy. This change takes effect on April 1, 2024.
Key updates to the refund policy
- For all orders placed before April 1, 2024 that have not yet been refunded, the refund calculation will commence from April 1, 2024 onwards.
- For orders placed on or after April 1, 2024, refunds will be calculated based on the actual order creation date.
