We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming update to the MixPay User Agreement, particularly concerning our refund policy. This change will take effect on April 1, 2024.<\/p>\n

Key Updates to Our Refund Policy:
\nFor all orders placed before April 1, 2024, that have not yet been refunded, the refund calculation will commence from April 1, 2024, onwards.
\nFor orders placed on or after April 1, 2024, refunds will be calculated based on the actual order creation date.
