If you use Binance Pay or Mixin to pay, but the order fails, just wait a minute. assets will be refunded automatically.

MixPay will only settle the amount you should have paid. The excess amount will be kept for you.

If you still need to pay, you can initiate a new payment. In addition, you can contact customer service for a refund if you have already paid.
After selecting the payment method, MixPay will lock the payment rate for a specific time, and there will be a countdown on the page for the remaining time of the payment, after which you need to reacquire the new rate to complete the payment.
We will continuously monitor the payment status on the web until 24 hours later after the order shows a failure.
If you paid for your order via Binance Pay or Mixin, the assets will be returned in the same way.
If you transfer via an on-chain wallet, you will need to contact us with your correct refund address to avoid the risk of wrong transfer.
"Pending" status indicates that your transaction has been detected, but we are still waiting for cryptocurrency network confirmation of the payment.
Once you see this status, there is nothing else you need to do. Please wait for the payment result on this page. If you need to close the page, we recommend bookmarking it first to view the payment result through this bookmark.
Transaction confirmation times depend on 1) the fee attached to the transaction and 2) the load of the cryptocurrency network.
Typically, transactions confirm within an hour but can take up to several hours or even days if the fee attached needs to be more significant.
